Sambal Chili Crunch Slaw

Sambal Chili Crunch Slaw

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1/4 red cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1/2 cucumber, julienned
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp Homiah Shrimp Sambal Chili Crunch
METHOD
- Combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, carrot, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro in a large bowl.
- Then, in a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, fish sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and sambal chili crunch, until the sugar dissolves. Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss to coat evenly.
- If you’d like to add some crunch to it, here’s where you’ll add the chopped peanuts.
- It can be served immediately or chilled for later.
