Wholesome Ginseng Soup in 1-2-3

1. Combine Ginseng Kit with a whole chicken (about 5lb). For vegans, substitute with stew vegetables like carrots, shitake mushrooms, corn & daikon, cut into 2-inch pieces.

2. Simmer covered on medium heat for 45 min. Add 2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp sugar.
